What data we process and why
We process the data you provide through the contact form, by email or by WhatsApp (name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) for these purposes:
- Answering your enquiry with a first assessment.
- Arranging calls, viewings and the follow-up of your case if you decide to work with us.
- Sending you, when you request it, information about specific investment projects.
We do not use your data for unsolicited advertising, nor do we build automated profiles.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and accept this policy, and the application of pre-contractual measures when you request information about a service or project (Article 6.1 a and b GDPR).
Retention
We keep your data while the relationship and your enquiry are active and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted.
Recipients and processors
We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. This site relies on providers acting as data processors or as independent controllers:
- Hostinger (web hosting and email, with servers in the European Union).
- Usercentrics (Cookiebot), cookie consent manager.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), only if you accept statistics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us through that channel.
If you request information about a specific investment project and it is necessary to assist you, we will share the minimum required data with the corresponding developer, always informing you first.
International transfers
Google and Meta may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to contacto@helenaviñuelas.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
